Vishnu looks at the ad products from a user lens - improving ads experience on the platform through better relevance. He works towards tailoring ad recommendations to user’s likes and dislikes making use of AI/ML products. He has over five years of experience in product management across adtech and fintech domains.

Ashmita has been a Product Designer for 4+ years in e-commerce, fintech and CRM software businesses. She has demonstrated business impact across companies by designing experiences with user empathy.

Kiran has over 18 years of experience in building large scale distributed systems in BigData, Video Streaming, Healthcare, Electronic Warfare domains.

As the VP, Data Platform engineering, Kiran is building a talented team committed to building a world-class Data/ML platform that improves customer satisfaction and propels Meesho ahead as a data-driven company.

Divyesh leads engineering for Meesho's Monetization, Pricing, Fulfillment & Experience and all Supplier-side charters. His teams solve for helping every supplier succeed on the platform, ensuring Meesho is where our users find the best prices for the products they desire, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for everyone.

Before Meesho, he had the opportunity to lead product eng and infrastructure teams at Google for 12+ years across 2 stints.

Debdoot is Chief Data Scientist at Meesho, where he leads a team that enables every pillar of the e-commerce marketplace to be smarter and more efficient with the use of AI. At Meesho, AI/ML helps increase demand by recommending the right products to every user at every touch point, empowers suppliers to effectively catalog and price products and optimizes the supply chain to improve fulfillment efficiency. Debdoot has over 15 years of experience in building innovative AI products in social, mobile and e-commerce domains. Prior to Meesho, Debdoot was VP & Head of AI at ShareChat & Moj, where he led teams in the areas of recommender systems, multimodal learning and camera tech.

Ravindra has 14+ years of experience building enterprise software, ML platforms and Data Solutions for wide-range of firms across ecommerce, social media and financial services industries.

In his words, 'I have seen Meesho’s journey from 1X to 20X. During this journey, I have also seen adoption of data science from almost non-existent to ubiquitous. This journey has also shaped me as a data science leader, learning to scale Data science functions exponentially.'
